Scrum Event that is set to a time-box of 3 hours, or less, to end a Sprint. It serves for the Scrum Team to inspect the past Sprint and plan for improvements to be enacted during future Sprints.
- Purpose: To inspect and adapt the team’s process.
- Participants: The Scrum Team, including the Scrum Master who usually facilitates.
- Process: The team discusses what went well in the sprint, what problems were encountered, and how those problems were (or were not) solved.
- Outcome: Identification of improvements that can be made to the team’s process, with actionable items to be implemented in the next sprint.
